New dengue cases reported in Punggol

ccording to NEA’s Dengue website, new dengue cases has been reported at Blk 101A and Blk 102B Punggol Field Road. According to NEA, the cluster is formed when two or more dengue cases occur within 14 days and the homes of the dengue victims are within the distance of 150m. A cluster will only be closed when no new case is reported after 14 days of the last dengue case.

Residents are advised to turn pails and watering cans over and store them under shelter as well as remove water in plant pot plates. You should clean and scrub the plate thoroughly to remove mosquito eggs and void the use of plant pot plates, if possible.
