Personally I think it is a good idea. You already have 1 pedestrian crosing each at PV and DG, how to put one in the middle?
Furthermore, I hope it will be a sheltered overhead bridge. At least when we go to Seng Siong buy things and it rains, we can still keep ourselves dry without carrying an umbrella.

agreed... unless they built bridge, put fence in the middle of road.. ppl wont jaywalk.. mayb only 1 or 2 "smart ones" will cross over the fence.. |

I think the overhead bridge is also a better idea than having a pedestrian crossing. If not we will have too many traffic lights. Drivers will start-stop every 100m! |

They cant satisfy all ppl's needs be it old, middle or young.. only can give options, either cross traffic light or climb up the stairs of the overhead bridge..
