I applied for a 5 room flat in the latest SOB 2012. Anyone knows the procedures and how many people are allowed to select the flat at each appointment?

apply already, wait for confirmation for ballot successful.. go choose unit, come back again do paperwork/pay option fee, then when flat ready, come back collect fees, empty out yr cpf.. confirmed plans..  |

It's always good practice to do a little research on wats available flat in HDB website....scan thru and make certain pre-selection list of say 5 to 6 choices before u make the trip to HDB office when your turn is up. Tat way...u would make informed decision which u will not regret  |
