My pass time and favor room...

Hi all,
Please help to look out for suspicious personal wondering in the car park area...last night after drying my car (around 11pm) after the down pour..saw one India fellow walking up(from the ramp) to the car park..at first he did not see me..but when he saw me..he hurry up with his walk... then when I kept all my items in the car..I can not see him..so can see how fast his speed or might be hiding somewhere..
Not sure what he doing in the car park at this hour...he is not the one that those engage to wash their car.. might be different guy..but saw him on the block MSCP too in the late night..same thing walk and when saw him..trying to act blur..
So keep all your valuable and cash card..you never know
anyway..I did call Punggol NPC after that to ask them to check it out.
