Punggol 21 CC is organizing Dian Xin Workshop on 6 October from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. This is a one day only workshop and class size is between 12 to 25. Participants will learn how to make bite size Chinese pastries.

The workshop is conducted in English and Chinese by Choo Soon Hua who has had 27 years of cooking experience. Registration close on 30 September. The course fee is $18 for members and $22 for non-members. Interested residents can register at OnePA website.
