Punggol 21 CC is organizing baking class
for adults from 7 December 2007 to 25 January 2008.You will be able to
pick up the basics of convenient baking and learn to make a variety of
easy-to-prepare items. You will be learning to make nonya kuehs, mousse
cake, cup cake and many more.
The class is conducted by Choo Soon Hua who
has 27 years of baking experience. There will be a total of 8 sessions
and lessons will be conducted on Fridays from 7pm to 9.30pm. The class
size is between 10 to 20 and will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
The course fee for members is $80 and non-member at $85. You can log on
