Resale prices for all flat types continue to rise in Punggol for the third consecutive quarter. During Q2 2008, 4-rooms flat, resale prices increase by $12,000 to $317,000. Resale prices for 5-rooms flat increase by $20,000 to $385,000 and executive flats increase by $22,000 to $450,000.
