HDB has launch Punggol Breeze under its June Build-to-Order exercise. Punggol Breeze is offered as a premium contract and comprises of 778 4-rooms flats and 186 5-rooms flats. It is bounded by Punggol Drive and Edgefield Plains. Oasis LRT Station is located in front of the project and a school will be build near it.

The internal floor area for 4-rooms flats is 90sqm and for 5-rooms flats, it ranges from 110sqm to 115sqm. The price ranges from $223,000 to $382,000. Applications for Punggol Breeze will close on 14 July. Applicants will be informed of their queue number by mid-September and selection will commence in October. HDB will also arrange for successful applicants to sign the agreement of lease within 4 months from the date of selection.
