No award for tender for food and beverage site

SLA has did not award the tender for food and beverage site at Punggol East to any bidder. When the tender close on 23 April, there was only 1 bidder for the site. The bidder, Hayman Private Limited bid for a monthly rental of $4800.

The site was tendered on 26 March for a tenure of 3+3+2 years.
